Morning and evening gatherings
The morning and evening gatherings are held for the purpose of fostering interaction between groups, monitoring the health of each group, and exchanging various announcements. They also serve as an opportunity for groups to introduce themselves to other groups, providing them with experience in public speaking.

- 1. While staff members are generally responsible for leading the activities, please let us know if you would like children or students to participate.
- 2. If there are many participating groups, there is a possibility that the roles of flag bearer and event coordinator may overlap. In that case, we will make adjustments at the representatives' meeting at 16:30.
Regarding the discharge inspection
A check-out inspection will be conducted on the morning of the last day of training. Facility staff will come to your rooms at 8:30 a.m., so please have one representative from each room and at least one representative from each floor present.
Please ensure that there are no belongings in the room during the inspection.
Inspection items
- How to fold futons and blankets. Also, are they placed in the correct position?
- Are the curtains held back with a belt?
- Are the hangers in their designated places?
- Check if there is any trash under the bed.
- Did you lock the windows and turn off the lights in the room?
- Have you forgotten anything?
- Is anything broken?
- You will not be able to use your room after the check-out inspection.

How to fold bedding (in a Western-style room)

Align the fold (circled area in the photo) with the central aisle side and move it towards the window, then place the comforter, blanket, and pillow in that order.

- How to store a folded futon
Store the fitted sheet on the right side of the upper bunk, the blanket on the left side of the upper bunk, and the comforter on the lower bunk, then place the pillow on top of the blanket.
About cleaning
- Room cleaning
Please clean the premises on the morning of the last day of training.
The areas to be cleaned are as follows:
- Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping)
- Disinfection of surfaces that have been touched by hands (door knobs, switches, window frames, bed rails, etc.)
- Cleaning of the training area
Please clean after use.

Please sort and dispose of the collected trash at the designated trash collection area (to the right of the gymnasium corridor).
• There are no trash cans in the accommodation building. Please use the trash bags provided in the lounge area of the accommodation building.
