Recently, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare issued a message regarding the approach to holding events, and at the expert meeting on countermeasures against COVID-19 held on February 24, it was stated that "the next one or two weeks will be critical in determining whether the infection will spread rapidly or be contained."
On February 26, the Prime Minister issued a national policy regarding the holding of nationwide events, and based on this, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology requested our organization to cancel its sponsored events and suspend the acceptance of groups during the following period.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that our community center will be suspending the acceptance of user groups during the period specified below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to the organizations that had planned to use our facilities, and we appreciate your understanding.
